Society often views poverty as a normal part of life, which can dull our sense of urgency to tackle this critical issue. What's even more disheartening is that children are the most vulnerable, finding themselves on the streets or forced by their parents to seek income in harsh conditions. We are determined to make a difference, believing that even a single drop of water can create ripples of change in this vast ocean of indifference, igniting hope and inspiring action!

At Street Children Ministries, we are guided by a deep commitment to reflect the heart of God in every child we serve. We believe that every child—no matter their circumstance—has inherent value and purpose.

Our Story

It started with a mother yearning to help the children suffering a cruel life on the streets in her country of origin, and it became a mission to provide destitute children with hope. Street Children is a Ministry seeking to aid the millions of children around the world that are forced by poverty to survive on city streets with no home to go to.

The dream took root as a small mission trip to the country of Ecuador in 2001, where 500 impoverished children were given clothing, shoes, toys, and toiletries- essentials that many Americans often take for granted. Through the years, we have visited children in Ecuador, Guatemala, the Mexico border with the United States, and Nepal. The ministry seeks to grow and travel to other equally impoverished countries to reach the children of the world who know nothing other than a hard life on the streets.

Street Children is a nonprofit organization that relies solely on the generous donations of people who wish to change these children’s lives.

Our ministry is rooted in and empowered by the presence and work of the Holy Spirit, who guides our mission, strengthens our efforts, and brings lasting change in the lives of the children we serve.
